Declaration of the Groundwater Guardian Nation

  • We want a simple message for the world from this Groundwater Guardian Nation.
  • We want our conception of the Earth and its resources to be eternal, not historical.
  • We want our children, as we want ourselves, to be stewards of the water.
  • We recognize to build such a nation, we must be the change we seek. That change demands dedication, hard work and courage.
  • We must foster clean drinking water for all, indoor plumbing for all, watershed stewardship, wellhead protection, water conservation and sustainability.
  • We dedicate ourselves to working with our fellow human beings to build a Groundwater Guardian Nation.
