City offices will continue to operate during the Coronavirus pandemic, however for the safety of the public and City personnel, face-to-face access will be limited to absentee voting only during these times. All other offices may be contacted by phone to determine if an appointment is necessary.
More City Hall Details
The CFPD front window will not be open to the public for standard business Monday through Friday until further notice. We will continue all police related services to the community at this time. Entry will be allowed by appointment if deemed necessary.
Although the front window is still closed, the CFPD will continue to conduct business by answering your phone calls and responding to calls for service. Law enforcement services are still accessible and active 24 hours a day. Officers will still respond to complaints of crime and other issues surrounding quality of life in our community. We understand these changes may be difficult and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you.
Starting Wednesday, March 18, the Chippewa Falls Public Library will be closed to the public until further notice. The Library Board will re-evaluate on April 1.
During this time, the Library will not be accepting returned materials. When the library reopens, late fees will be waived for a week.

Parks & Recreation
At this time, all City parks are open to the public. The only restroom facility open to the public is located in the Activity Building in Irvine Park. The Chippewa Riverfront Bathrooms are closed.
Spring recreation programs are delayed until further notice.
