COVID-19 City of Chippewa Falls Buildings Hours of Operation
City Hall is closed to walk in traffic effective March 20, 2020.
City offices will continue to operate during the Coronavirus pandemic, however for the safety of the public and City personnel, face-to-face access will be limited. Offices may be contacted by phone to determine if an appointment is necessary.
More City Hall Details
The CFPD front window will not be open to the public for standard business Monday through Friday until further notice. We will continue all police related services to the community at this time. Entry will be allowed by appointment if deemed necessary.
Although the front window is still closed, the CFPD will continue to conduct business by answering your phone calls and responding to calls for service. Law enforcement services are still accessible and active 24 hours a day. Officers will still respond to complaints of crime and other issues surrounding quality of life in our community. We understand these changes may be difficult and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you.

Chippewa Falls Public Library will be closed to the public until further notice effective Wednesday, March 18.
Parks & Recreation
All City parks are open to the public. Bathrooms, playground equipment, and basketball courts are temporarily closed in all Parks.
Street, Water, and Wastewater Departments
Operations will be continued however buildings will be closed.
