The Finance Manager/Treasurer directs and controls the financial affairs of the City.
Duties include financial analysis, preparation and administration of City
budgets, administration of borrowing, risk control, and insurance programs,
direction of independent audits, and the recommendation and implementation of
fiscal management and internal control practices.
